Doctors Receptionist

Boughton Surgery is a rural Medical Dispensing Practice serving approximately 3,500 patients. We are looking to recruit a part time receptionists for the 20 hours each per week alternating one week of morning shifts and week two of afternoon shifts.

• Week 1 – 18 hours morning shift 8am – 1pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• Week 2 – 18 hours afternoon shift 1:30pm – 6:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

The salary is negotiable subject to experience.

You will also have the opportunity to work additional hours to cover holidays and sickness absence.

We are looking for someone with experience in a customer care environment who has the energy and enthusiasm to work with our reception team and to project a positive, friendly and professional image to patients and other visitors. Experience of previously working in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, being able to work as part of a team but also using your initiative when required to do so.

Appropriate training will be given to the right candidate to continue their ongoing professional development and may be considered for future training in a Dispenser role.
